The staff is getting more and more useless every time I go there. There used to be good people. Came for my usual double red donation and a new tech who didn’t know how to work the machine, being trained by somebody who left the room had missed my vein. When I saw my skin start to bubble and and wanted it out, she went and took her time to find somebody while God knows what is going to happen with the machine in my arm.

My first time donating platelets. I made an appointment online. This place has convenient free parking. The staff is super helpful and nice. They explain all the process. They give you a warm blanket and are always check on you. They have snacks. You also receive an appreciation gift when you are done. I will definitely will come back soon.
