It was a great experience at this donation center. From the reception staff in the front to the nurses in the back, everyone was welcoming and professional. Usually my anxiety kicks in every time I’m around a hospital or clinic, but this place is easy going. Nick was the LVN who helped me, he made it quick and painless, great nurse. Fast, professional, and relaxed is how I can describe this place.

One of the easiest and most painless blood donations I’ve had. My donation specialist, Celia, was incredibly kind, efficient, and attentive, as was the rest of the staff.

I donated my blood here for the first time today, and the way the staff cared for me was beyond my expectations. I came in super nervous, with a million questions but the Phlebotomist who did my questionnaire took time to calm me down and explain everything to me so I felt comfortable. She then offered that she be the one who put the needle in. I accepted and she made the whole process very easy. She stood next to me the whole time, asked how I was doing, got me snacks, orange juice & immediately took amazing care of me when I said I was going to pass out. The supervisor was also very nice, I just didn’t get to know her as well. Both ladies were amazing here today, and I will be come back to see them. I just wish I could have got my nurses name. I’m so forever grateful for her and her kindness. Thank you so much.

Super sweet employees. Donation process goes quickly in the morning. It’s a bit slower in the evenings, but i believe that’s only because people are swinging by after work. Being open later in the evenings makes it nice.

I’ve been donating since I was im high school and I find joy in being able to do something to help i try to go as often as I can giving what is most need be it double blood/platelets/plasma all that good jazz but once I came here i have been BOMBARDED with calls almost every week! and sometimes more. I love and appreciate the actual people who help get the blood and make it a nice warm environment but LifeStream Bank gives me a very untrustworthy feeling with all these spam calls i’ve blocked more than five now and it’s nonstop. If your an avid blood donor just go somewhere else or ask not to give your number.

Did A walk in and got served right away. Judy took great care of me. Actually I think they do a better job than the Red Cross? I will be back.

I just got home from being at this facility for 2 hours, even though I had an appointment. There are many improvements needed at this establishment. The good thing about it was the cleanliness of the staff. Everything was being wiped down throughly between donors and the chairs were all separated 6ft or more. Things to address: There is a sign at the door that says to wait outside but no one was at the front to check people in. Because I was seated next to the door, I had to tell 2 people to come in because the staff will not see them from outside and therefore, will not check them in. If no one is consistently at the front, the sign should go. The nurse who came to check me in had me fill out a survey and told me to come back to the front when I was done. I did as instructed but she never came back. After standing in the front for 15 minutes and making eye contact with other staff, the young man doing intake assisted me because he saw me waiting for a while without anyone helping me. I do not know how the order of people is taken care of but there should be a way to make it visual for the donors to see where they are in line. Many people who came after me were taken before me and were doing the same donation type as me. After intake, I sat in an area outside of the intake rooms for 15-20 minutes before the same young man doing intake took it upon himself to help me with my donation. He was doing so much on his own without help. Many of the other workers there went to a back room off of the main floor. The people working there are not a team and it is VERY evident. This establishment is very unorganized and the staff appear to know how to do their jobs but not how to operate efficiently. Primary roles should be established and enforced by management. The establishment was not understaffed today, so there is no reason to have one person performing all duties. I will never return to this donation center again. I only gave an extra star because the young man Isaac really was amazing and was trying to do all he could without much help. Get it together LifeStream

First, the staff is fantastic and were friendly and professional and my complaint is not about them or the facility at all. This is for the management….. When I have a 10:45 appointment, I should NOT be still waiting at 12:15 to donate. This is unacceptable and as I result I left without donating. I was repeatedly told, that “they “ ( I assume that means management) understaffed the location. If blood donations are so critically needed, it makes no sense that you don’t staff appropriately. Do better.

I came later in the afternoon close to their closing time, but was still able to donate blood. I am grateful for the opportunity to give back, and hope that I can make a small difference.
