My mom is a regular here and this was my first time donating blood. You can really feel that these are people that love what they do. Throughout the whole process they checked in with me and saw if I was feeling okay. they made me feel so comfortable and joyful, while I was waiting . I even got a nickname “Crunchy” haha! It really felt nice to do something impactful and share it with the joyful staff. You’ll have a great time. Thank you to everyone that made me feel safe and happy to be there.

I am a platelet donor, and every time I come to this location I feel extremely welcome. The phlebotomists are super sweet and funny and such amazing hardworking people. One of my best experiences and my favorite location to donate at. I highly encourage you to donate at this location! Plus there is a shortage in donations so, take the initiative to go donate and help someone in need at THIS lifestream donation!

Excellent experience. Fast, clean (brand new!), cool air,, comfortable chairs,, great friendly and professional staff, donor gifts, and a variety of plenty of snacks. How wonderful that Hemet finally has a blood center in town! No more mobile units, long drives, or inconvenient out of town locations. Service dog friendly, comfortable waiting area.
