My husband and I just donated blood for my upcoming surgery. We couldn’t be happier with the staff at LifeSouth (Baymeadows/Jax). I’m a tough stick, uncooperative veins; Devin was a rock star; no trouble on her first try! Everyone was happy and appeared to enjoy their job. We will be back to donate in the future.

Scheduled an appointment for today and the mobile unit never showed up. No cancellation text, call, email or anything! Drove 30 minutes in the middle of the day for nothing. Very angry.

The most unprofessional management. Classless operation that has proven numerous times to be unorganized and unwilling to take care of its employees and donors. They pride themselves on nepotism and hoarding money at the top and using people for personal gains. Stay far away from this organization.
