Came to donate blood on the blood mobile and was told they were “on break and didn’t know for how long.” They are only scheduled to be here for another 23 minutes. Guess my O- blood will stay in my body. Don’t call me anymore Lifesouth asking for my blood.

Donated at the bloodmobile at a recent health fair. Excellent service, staff was caring and prompt. Only reason I gave four stars is that I don’t like needles but don’t think there is a way around that.

Really disappointed in the bloodmobile, the locator says they’ll be at a location until a certain time then you go there and they’re either gone or not taking any more donations. They need to update the website schedule or change something because this is frustrating and has caused big inconveniences.
