This location has all of my favorite ladies! Talk about kind and efficient, they are always so accommodating and attentive. They even got me a cake and card and sang to me for my birthday! Incredible! I will NEVER go anywhere else!

Great experience from start to finish. The workers were all very friendly, and when i started getting lightheaded i was given ice packs and a fan until the feeling went away. This was my first time donating blood since high school and will definately return to this location!

Usually every time I go here I have a great time! I talk to everyone and everybody is so friendly and it made me continue to donate here, I have O- blood and donate very regularly and have donated over 10 times, but recently when I went here it was not busy, i was having a great day and I walked in and checked in and one of the nurses told me to have a seat in the first booth and I wanted to comfirm the first booth and she said yes but she didn’t really seem happy or even smiling like how everyone usually is, 35-40 min passed and I’m still in the booth waiting for someone and I’m very patient so I just figured maybe their busy but then I kept hearing giggling and laughter so finally I walked out and a lady came out and was in shock she said “oh my goodness I didn’t know you were in there, how long were you in there??” She seemed genuinely worried and my day went from great to bad, I saw the lady that told me to sit in the first booth in a room laughing with all the other nurses and she just looked at me with no reaction, so the lady that told me to sit in the booth never told anyone that I was in there and just left me in there till I got out and I left, I’ve never had an experience like this before after all the years I’ve donated and this one experience made me never want to go back to here and donate, attitudes like that ruin experiences like for me. I go here voluntarily to give back, but getting neglected like that is wrong. If you have a bad attitude don’t bring it to work.
