Whoever you have driving the Lifeshare vehicle is an idiot. They are going to cause a wreck turning left into Cabrini on Masonic Drive. They completely stop traffic on Masonic, nearly hit the dividing cones in middle of the road that are put up there to prevent people from turning left, and make a left turn into the Cabrini ER. Brilliant people you got driving for ya!

As I walked in the door, someone met me to take me to a screening room. Everyone was very nice, but my iron was too low to give blood. Their stock is very low of all blood types.

I would give Life Share a 3 star rating because their quality of service is good, but their staff personnel need to learn some discipline. Staff members should not be talking negatively about other staff members in front of donors. Ever. Period. That’s extremely unprofessional.

Waited 30 minutes to start then computer froze …. Couldnt get anyone to come reset or deal with frozen computer. Ran out of time waiting. Had to make a meeting and was running out of time. Wife already about through and I was still waiting to get computer fixed. Had to cancel.
