Can be hit or miss depending on staffing. Usually the people here are a dream but occasionally you run into someone totally not feeling it. Last visit I left feeling like I’d done something wrong by coming to donate. I got the cold, straight by the book responses to everything outside of when I had to ask if they were giving out shirts. All I got then was a “nahhh”. No “sorry, we ran out because of…”. They also didn’t mention the Amazon credit promotion to me or give me any paperwork about it. I only knew because I overheard someone else on staff telling their donor. Still, it’s a good place. I just had to remind myself it’s not about the rewards, but about saving lives. Whether the staff is sweet that day or not
