So easy to donate blood here. Actual donation process takes 5 to 7 minutes. There are free refreshments (lots of choices, not just your typical small cookie and thimble of orange juice) after your donation is complete. They also give you a free T-shirt, and a keychain with your blood type on it. Awesome place. Clean, friendly staff, nice environment. Ask for Sandy, she did a great job with us! It’s a wonderful feeling knowing that you’re helping someone who may have a medical emergency, and may really need your blood! ❤️

A few years back, I went in to give blood. The two ladies denied me the opportunity because I didn’t agree to being photographed for possible publicity purposes. I did receive an apology from headquarters but never those women who attempted to violate my privacy. There is nothing missing from this as I rendered proper I.D. and other information. I’ve donated since 18 but haven’t attempted to after that ordeal.

Went in to donate platelets and a red but lady stuck the needle all the way through my vein and so I wasn’t able to donate for another week. Incompetence at it’s best here.

My husband and I stopped by to donate blood. The sign in their window says they close at 7:00 also says 7:00 on the internet, we arrived at a little after 4:00 & they were closed.
