Lifesouth signs saying $50 gift cards. Went to this location and asked. A truly rude response saying they never give out gift cards and I didn’t see signs saying they were. But they do have a promotion beginning tomorrow(4/6/23) for $20/$45(whole blood/platelets) cards. I will not be going back, but it is the first and only bad experience I’ve had with LifeSouth after 2+ gallons of donations. I usually donate for a T-shirt and would have done the same today even though the reason I stopped was for the gift card, but I felt too uncomfortable to even continue speaking with this person.

Worse experience EVER! We donate on the other bus all the time. 1st EVER doing it here, we did the platelets. Which they said was 40.00 very long story… short. Never received mine! Then after a total during all this of 3 calls to the local office. And 4 trips, in person. Actually after first trip, I finally received the gift, but it was only 20.00! I have yet to receive the other 20.00 plus the worker’s ran down one blood!! And they are way better to deal with!! Won’t return back here! if I finally receive my 20.00 and h#ll hasn’t froze over yet. I will fix this, not before! Mind you, it’s been almost a month now since we donated!!

They do a very important jobs…serving lives…no substitute for blood, platelets, etc. One donation could save up to three lives…one person…wow!!!
