This place is amazing love ask them on the floor everyone is professional clean and such a positive attitude. Crystal Ashley Andrea Tiffany and a few I don’t remember there names are amazing. It is sometimes a crazy wait but the positive environment when you get to the beds are worth it.

I adore the staff! The rates are nice. The only thing preventing 5 stars is there isn’t an appointment option. I like that grifals is appointment based, but the pay rates are better at LFB. I wish LFB would start and get on the appointment based system. It’d be so much more beneficial via staff and donors!

Wanted to update this review and make a CORRECTION TO NAME: REIGNA-Really great team of employees staffed there! Reigna was super fast, gentle, and efficient with my injection today! Gotta be the easiest, most painless that I’ve ever experienced anywhere. The hours are updated and extended, donor compensation is good and I got an extra $5 for wearing my Broncos jersey on Sunday during football season!

Easy money. Its busy and can take 3-4 hours on some days but as long as you are prepared for that then its easy money. Staff is nice as long as you are. Never had them treat me unfair or rude. There are lots of entitled people who go here but ignore them. I would recommend them. The phlebotomist there are great never hurts. Had one who needed to put the needle in a bit farther than initially had it. That caused a bruise but not that bad.

This review is from Shelby Tignor and Clinton Smith..We first would like to acknowledge out of any place that you can go to donate plasma, this Center by far is 5 stars across the board for cleanliness, friendly/professional staff, and being educational. We would like to acknowledge two of the staff specifically, Tammy & Ian. Ian is new to LFB and you would think he has been working there for years due to being so incredibly well informed and trained by Tammy. Tammy has a smile that makes you smile. She can answer any question while keeping the experience enjoyable, while also having you feel the importance of how much you really are saving lives with every donation you give. Tammy needs a promotion! & Ian should be recognized for his ability to soak up everything he is learning and meanwhile learning great bedside manner from Tammy. Thank you both for being you! I absolutely love the employees here. It’s almost always busy but the staff is phenomenal. I’m actually making friends here. When I had a scare and started feeling nauseous, the staff, five of them immediately attended to me and kept me from going into shock. I didn’t eat enough before donating. It was scary, but the staff was on the ball and new exactly what to do. They all treat us like were friends. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and this company. I highly recommend this plasma center over the four I’ve tried between here and Alabama. Thank you LFB Staff!!! You guys ROCK!!!

It’s seems now that there is a male phlebotomist on the floor women of a certain sexual orientation like to verbally abuse when he is not around, the one an only male phlebotomist they have working with them. If these women did more work and less slandering men they may be able to get donors in an out faster instead of the three to four hour wait there is now.
