Absolutely love it here. I’m still pretty new to the facility, but I hate needles, but everyone here knows how to stick you without hurting you and gals the tone idk that I have been stuck! Everyone is always so friendly. I don’t usually have to wait long at all to go back to a chair! I even got my mom going! LFB love you guys! See ya soon

For the most part its a pleasant experience. I do wish more enforcement of telephone use and use of earphones. I also wish sometimes staff was a bit more focused on patients and less involved chit chatting with each other yelling across the room. Being loud and boisterous. At times professialism is out the door. On a whole it’s good.

New donor promotion and new higher return donor fees effective 3/28. Very minimal wait after you sign in. Fast donation times. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Staff greets donors by name. Manager Anthony very interactive with clients and staff. It’s always good when you see a manager willing to help out on the floor. At LFB Plasma gloves are always changed between donors without the donor having to ask ( there is another center in PSL where gloves are not routinely changed between donors unless donor asks or gloves are “visibly soiled or torn” per their policy. Totally unsanitary and simply gross! ) No issues here at LFB!!

I have been donating plasma for a few years now. I have donated at a few different centers in the Treasure Coast area, LFB Plasma far exceeds the others in service, and cleanliness, and the wait time is minimal… When you are there they address you by name and they engage in conversation with you. I always encourage people that are interested in donating plasma to do so at LFB. Donors can earn monthly bonuses and are automatically entered into monthly drawings for cool prizes. Last month I won an Amazon fire stick 4k !!!

Some staff there act like they don’t like or want to do there job. They’re equipment is insufficient and it dated. Those of you with large arms, they don’t have a proper cuff for you and you will wind up being turned around wasting gas and time. Not really worth the trip. Olgams better!

This place is extremely slow. Expect to wait nearly two hours to get in, on a Monday. They will skip over you and ignore you. This has happened to me 4 times in a row. Several staff are unprofessional and have no sense of urgency, I watched someone who was done with their donation sit there for an uncomfortable amount of time before being helped. Nurses meander around empty beds. This used to be an alright, steady place. Not anymore.
