I went to LeukoLab for the first time and had an amazing experience. Kathryn was the first person to greet me and was very welcoming. She was prepared and efficient with all of the initial paperwork. Sabrina was the nurse that took a blood sample and made the process very easy and stress free. She was very funny and helped make it a fun environment to be in. They both did a great job of explaining the steps moving forward. As a college student trying to make extra money, I was nervous going into the process but after my experience yesterday I am excited to come back for multiple donations.

Courteous, professional staff. Staff had everything ready for my visit. Thoroughly explained every step of the process to me. Checked in frequently to make sure everything was good. Staff took the time to completely explain post care procedures. All and all I would donate again.
