I have been donating here for a few months, referring family and friends. They are not paying me for my referral bonuses even when my name is printed on the referral sheet. I was told corporate would have to approve it. Anyone else have this problem? You can call the 1800 # and complain, however that number goes back to the center manager. He says I see that your referrals are on there but there’s nothing I can do about it. What a total inconvenience and unrealistic marketing. No one should have to go through that much to receive their referral bonuses.

The slowest plasma center I’ve ever had to deal with. Their staff comes off as incompetent, oblivious, and/or over it depending on the time you’re there. KED looks nice and has a good first time bonus but that’s it as far as positives.

Ked plasma is the worse in champaign use to be the best up to 6 months ago. Pay has dropped, cheat u out your money, got the worse stickers in all of champaign ( cause all there best have quit) got a guy there who’s name starts with a “C” worse sticker in the state of Illinois. Avoid him at all cost!!! And they are super slow nobody wants to do anything!!!! Ked what happened? You were so good! … what a shame!!! : ( and yes you cheated me out of my referral money as well!!!!

Most of the staff are great. The screeners seem pretty lazy and rude, but the rest of the staff pick up the slack. The Phlebotomists are really good and work hard. I even see the nurse who did my physical working everywhere and he was really nice and patient during my first donation. A lot of the donors are extremely rude, which doesn’t help the environment

I went in as a new donor and of course that donation went fine as you expect a 3 to 4 hour wait. Every other time i went after though it was still a 3 to 4 hour wait time to complete a donation, staff extremely rude and dismissive and openly talking rudely about clients, management just standing around as things devolve openly complaining about lack of staff but not stepping in and helping move things along. Also i noticed people constantly having issues during their donations and even i had a bad stick involving bruising for days. I wont be going back, ill take less pay for a more careful and qualified donation process that is worth my time and effort at another place like csl.

Super nice facility and even nicer staff. The new donor process took a good while to go through, but the staff was kind enough to provide a snack so I was not donating on an empty stomach, even tho I had a sizeable meal about 3 hrs prior. The staff was also very kind to go out to my girlfriend and get a book from her for me after my phone battery drained. Overall excellent experience for a new donor, and I will be back for that bonus donation reimbursement.

Well I came here to do a test and I was sopse to get paid for referral someone here and thay told me that thay put down the wrong person that I ask to put down and when the staff asked them to fix it thay had a attitude with the staff to fix it and that’s not right!!! I like coming here the staff here are cool but when the people that don’t do what thay should make things harder for the staff and everyone else and that’s not right!!! P.s this the only time I ever post a bad review on anyone.

This is by far the better plasma center in the area. The staff have always been friendly and informative. When a issue with a $100 referral fee not being given to me and them having to write corporate and have corporate visit just to fix seemed excessive. I would hope corporate would trust their centers to make those decisions. I know its a fairly new baby but they really are improving as they go and implementing new policies so previous issues can be addressed quickly and effeciently or the issue doesn’t come about at all. Their machines could use some work as some clonk out while a donor is donating causing it not to be able to do blood return, resulting in deferment for 50+ days. (Happened to husband). Overall I enjoy donating even when the promotions are not going on. Great people, safety and cleanliness is a huge priority which makes it a good experience. Sometimes obviously waits can happen, it takes an average of 40 mins per donation, they have to social distance, and each chair/area has to be cleaned, sanitized and restocked after each donor. It is a normal thing. If you don’t understand how to have patience and roll with the flow please don’t visit, you’ll end up killing my vibe and time away from my kids. Yes I use this as a getaway from my kids while helping people.

I can say without a doubt this place is slow the staff stand around and do nothing while only a few work a light skin girl there with blond hair is as careless she literally saw my machine mess up and said that ain’t my problem and walked off I can say the only reason I’m giving anything is because of the best worker they got Corey she is and when I say she is the best worker alive that works there she needs a raise double time she is the only one who knows how to do her job in the sticking department ask for her when you go
