Although this place is better than CSL, theres always some issue that makes it not worth it most of the time. I drive 35 minutes to get here and wouldnt let me donate because my pulse was too low and the only thing i was allowed yo do was walk arpund in circles to raise it up. So after 10min of walking around with basically nowhere to walk they checked it again it was 2 bpm too low and said they could only check it twice and i have to come back the next day, which wouldve been nice to know beforehand. If you live close and its not a big deal if you get denied for this or that i guess its an ok deal. But theres always little issues and stupid rules that come up that keep you from being able to donate, if you sont need the money avoid these places.

I have been to all the local plasma centers. CSL was good at first, friendly and well staffed. Then they seemed to become very short staffed, so with the wait time, you ended up being there half the day. Kedplasma has a friendly and professional staff. They bring in workers from around the country, so never under staffed, they work efficiently to lower wait time.

I would absolutely recommend Ked Plasma. I had never donated plasma before and was pretty nervous. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The staff is amazing, very professional and friendly as well. The building is kept very clean, and they sanitize the beds after each donor. It’s obvious that they also care about each donors health and complete thorough checks to be sure that donating is safe. I would give more stars if I could.

My very first time at keds plasma was was a overall 10 I love the atmosphere the front desk staff were extremely nice made me feel welcomed the nurse was very helpful she documented everything that was needed to ensure that I had a great donation as I did the donor staff was very nice and me feel comfortable most of all was very clean and sanitized I highly recommend for anyone who is able to donate keds plasma will be my forever dontation center thanks to all the staff for a first impression #10stars

Yes it was a long wait I waited from 9:30 all the way up to almost 2 before I get up out of there and the machines was down and the only reason I come back was they was going to give me a extra 20 dollars reason reasonreason why I came back and they didn’t give anything extra I have been calling for last two days

I was completely discriminated against. I was approved through everything, staff was so nice, until I got to the nurse. I was referred, told I had to have doctor fill out 3 page approval for efexer. An anti depressant. Not on their list of medications you can’t take. I asked many people and have Googled if this is okay to donate if you have bipolar 2. Specifically said they don’t discriminate and they may only refuse if you are unstable. No one should be denied because of mental illness. Son is a st Jude patient and I needed to buy birthday present. Despicable. I will be calling manager.

Great facility, quiet , clean and comfortable. Well staffed with a pretty quick turn around. Great way to catch up on unexpected bills or just to have a little extra pocket money. Mari is a true asset to the Springfield location being very friendly always with a smile and genuinely interested in how your doing that day. I’ve used plasma donations to pay for bills , classes and books . It’s fast easy and in addition to the financial reward you are helping another life in need of plasma. Win Win !

They lied about how much I was getting paid.. Told me 6 times I was getting paid one amount and ended up paying less than that, not happy at all… This is the second time I have been lied too. They do nothing when it’s their mess up.

i had to do a protein sample, passed on the sample but still has been a few months and the nurse still has not signed off to be able to donate, nor does anyone ever know what day she will be in, they need a set day or somthing so the public knows when to get in to the nurse, just bad service. needless to say still waiting.
