This is a really odd place. The staff act like they are herding cattle. I have been here a couple of times. It took me a month to even get approved to donate here because the doctor is hardly ever there. Today there were 3 different people sticking me and kept saying I was dehydrated. Finally an adult came to work on it and started to say the same thing and then realized the others just didn’t know what they were doing with me. She even felt bad because they had reached the limit on how many times they could stick me. After one of the kids came back to finish and wrap it up, I left and took pictures of my bloody arm when I got in the car. Not something I’ll post here. I check my account with them and even though they told me I would only get a little $$ for it, there was nothing there. I called. We are having technical problems but it will be there, just don’t know when.

My wife is a veteran and has donated here for more than a year. This new company decided suddenly that her state issued veteran license is not acceptable and they won’t give her the 5 dlar bonus any longer despite getting it for years. They really care that much about 5 dollars that they will hassle and refuse a veteran who is continuing to serve her country by giving life saving plasma. What an absolute disgrace of a business.

As a first time donor, I can highly recommend this location! I had a really great experience here, all of the staff are exceptionally friendly, skilled and informative. The environment is very clean and maintained. If it’s your first time you should plan for about 3-4 hours of documentation and checks before starting to donate. The compensation is great for your time. I can’t say enough about how pleasant and professional the staff is! I will look forward to returning.
