Ive been here a ton of times. Never have to wait too long. Only had one receptionist be rude one time but hey everyone has an off day. They know regulars by name and always say hey and smile. Never had any issues with payments. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone looking to donate.

I give a four because the place is great But when you are finished at the machine 100 percent your plasma you wait about five minutes or longer to get discount from the machine I see people walking around and would be nice if they can disconnect you also when you say hey can I get in hooked they snap an attitude quickly then when I explain why I’m asking they get worse how am I supposed to know who’s certified or not and further.more when you professionally explain the issue even the management get an attitude.i have been going here for little over a year now never complained or anything respectful Sometimes just not moving your arm for awhile hurts a little try and understand from my point of view of what I observe .I don’t expect them to apologize or anything but don’t take your problems or frustrations out on me.

Run AWAY ! Highly recommend CSL Biolife, or even Octapharma ! So it’s not BPL anymore it’s KEDPLAMSA. Especially if you have arm tattoos. Doesn’t matter they’re on the site if they’re closed by go elsewhere or just don’t even go here at all.

They keep changing the payment lower and lower and they stick the needle unnecessarily deep closer to 7 which ends up hurting and you can’t even pump they probably do it to get people out faster meanwhile it takes longer coz we have to adjusted or just can’t pump right

The quality of the experience w longer wait time lately combined w pay going down drastically compared to couple months ago is a major concern. Since the switch to kedplasma it’s been going down hill. Really sad for long time donors of this location.

I gave it a 4 star because it is a very clean looking center. The location is awesome. All the staff are friendly and have a great attitude the majority of the time. The pay amount is decent and the chairs and equipment are very doable. The negative part is that they move kind of slow most of the time especially when they’re busy, ugh. Also who they bank with sucks due to certain fees and their tracking status. Other than that, it’s a pretty good place and center.

This place legit is horrible, If I could give 0 stars I would! This place literally finds ways to run off the donors, you take long donating? You get deferred a month, what kinda $h*t is that? They didn’t pay me out on one of my donations and they claim they did, and they didnt!! Don’t go here. Better off at CSL or Biomat or Biolife and that’s the honest TRUTH!

Honestly donation used to be great here. But they were just bought out by the worse plasma company ever. Kedplasma. I would not recommend donation here anymore because now they have made it even harder to donate, and the first thing they did as kedplasma was lower the pay. It’s just not good anymore. Also kedplasma is not a good company to its donors nor its workers. Find a different place. Biolife is a really good donation company.
