Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Sometimes there seems to be ZERO hustle from workers. It’s a gamble every time I go there because I don’t know if I’m going to be there for 2 hours or 5 hours. Plus, they payout is consistently dropping. Might find somewhere else to donate plasma soon if things don’t change.

This place thinks absolutely nothing of wasting your time. I have sat hours in the waiting area just to be turned away because my pulse is too high. Usually by a few points. Mine is naturally always on the high side. Should be worried if its not! Even when i manage to get through, you better clear the rest of the afternoon. You could still be waiting over an hour to be called and wait again to get hooked up. No respect for your time whatsoever!

I used to donate st another center until they shut down. The lady at that center would stick me, consistently, with no issues! With this place. I have never left there without having issues including re sticks in both arms multiple times, lots of digging with the needles and bruising. Staff needs to learn to fo their jobs better and the wait times can be ridiculous!!!

The tech messed up my arm I’ve been dealing with a bruised right elbow since march 3 2022 it was swollen it has develop a rash as the tech inserted the needle the wrong way.

The staff is big on personal impressions. Not so much professional means; they know more about pop culture than plasma. The staff like to stand around and joke with one another and make you wait. The machines are intense and make up for this timing.

I donated at this center for quite along time and at one point looked at the staff as family. Over time the quality of the center diminished and became horrible. The wait times are extreme and the staff acts like they are doing donors a favor by providing them the service they are getting paid to facilitate. They will find anything wrong with the donor to not accept them to donate and purposely go slow, hoping that donors will leave. I don’t understand how a place like this continues to operates. There are some long time staff that are excellent – Sidney, Kendal and Tyler, but the rest are mainly unprofessional and rude. All the staff does is complain and their machines are ancient and always clog and then they blame the donor for eating a fatty diet and disconnect them and partially pay them AFTER they have waited over 2 hours to get through the screening process. This place is very unprofessional. The girl who stuck me squirted my blood all over my arm because she forgot to take a sample. When I was finished, I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to remove me (people were standing around and talking). Upon my next visit, I was told I was deferred due to ozempic. I checked with my doctor and pharmacist and they could not understand why that was an issue as it is not insulin. There are better places to donate in my opinion.
