If you have ever had cancer do not waste your time, they actively descrimate against people that have had cancer. They want all your records and then they might let you donate. Although I’ve never had a problem donating at other facilities.

This is a great place to donate. They are always very friendly and helpful here. I’ve only had 1 bad experience getting poked by this one guy, I don’t think he works here anymore. But usually I get poked by Liberty. And Liberty is the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had. She is so nice and really good at her job

First, staff are awesome and all have good energy. Second, building stays clean and orderly. Third, an employee, “Kay Kay” Kailey is the best sticker I have ever had stick my arm with a needle. Never any pain and no issues. Give everyone raises but for sure give her one or a promotion! Please Kedplasma, keep up with the good work and the good employees.

I really do love this place it’s clean. The staff is nice. I’ve only had one bad experience. And that was the person taking care of me got blood all over the pages of my book which never came out. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the staff at the center. They have been friendly and direct. They do everything they can to make sure the center is comfortable and welcoming. Rarely do I have to spend more than two hours in the center, unless it is very very busy.

Said my protein level was low and made me wait two weeks to come back only to find out that i hadn’t even failed any of the tests, First donation back the Woman who was sticking my arm hadn’t put the needle in near enough, I was told i would have to be resticked which at that point i was about to pass out from them moving the needle around WHILE IN MY ARM, They wrapped me up and sent me home after sitting there for 2 HOURS!!!! Unbelievable!!!

Far better than CSL! Their new donor program sucks now ($100 for 5 visits) compared to everyone else and their general payout is slightly less than CSL, but the efficiency, cleanliness, and friendliness of the place so far outweigh the small difference in pay that its completely worth it. I have yet to wait longer than 15 minutes between walking in the door and starting my donation
