My daughter and myself had appointment’s today at 8:00am and 8:15. We didn’t even get through screening till after 9am and sent to back to wait. The guy that takes the plasma was standing around talking to the point we had to walk out so we wasn’t late for work. They always only have 2-3 employees and set like 15-20 appointments for each slot. They need to hire more people or pay more for the wait considering how much they get for each container of plasma.. They need to take appoints faster and stop talking in the back and get people in and out so they can continue to empty the waiting room. Not very happy.

Racist employees made white woman wait outside in rain while bf donated. Yet black man is allowed to sit inside while his gf donates. Sad part is the employee is management that is the same one who made the white woman sit outside that’s racial profiling and racist do not go to this facility adma pays more. Tried to talk to management and was basically told if she kept on she would be asked to leave

Great staff…everyone is very helpful and friendly. Staff always smiles and keeps you laughing…knows you by name…genuinely good people with great sense of humor. Makes you feel right at home. Everyone is always professional and keeps your best interest at hand. Been going for almost a year and will continue to donate. Feels good to give back and help others out.

The staff was professional and super friendly. Midian was the bomb! No bruising and barley a mark! And that’s saying something because I bruise very easily!

Arrived 8:30 Friday. Was informed I must have an appointment to donate. Then they realized I was a new donor and asked someone in the back who said no. New do ors need appointments also. None of this is mentioned on their web site and at the sign in counter it states the opposite.

This is now my 6th time in a month trying to get into this place. I used to come years ago. Every time they say they can’t take new donors because they are understaffed. I came at open thinking it would help. Nope was told to come back after 10am. You have to be kidding me. If you’re a new donor, don’t waste your time. Pathetic.
