Down to earth staff and a convenient location. I really enjoyed providing my donation at this location. Keep up the great work. The professionals make sure the donation process is safe. I have read a lot of the reviews of people go to this location expecting to get in and out. Hardly the case, the donation process is at least 45 minutes excluding line wait times. The time also depends on if you have done the necessary preparations before your donation as well. So, you are not going to be in and out like a whole blood donation. The staff are as kind or rude as you are. If you are coming there expecting to yell at them to make yourself feel better or you have a superiority complex, you will be sadly disappointed. The energy you provide is the energy you will receive.

The reviews about how incredibly slow they are are totally accurate. It’s unbelievable to me that after multiple reviews of the same problem, they don’t even try to fix the issue. I came from another plasma place because they have the RH program and I am RH NEGATIVES. But NO ONE WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING! The worst is paying you….you have to wait so long before they pay you!!!

Please DONT GO HERE !! They scammed me and my gf we were new donors they failed to tell us you only have a month to get the 5 visits full price we ended up saving our last visit another month after the fact then they tell us we only had a month to use it so they wouldn’t give us the money after we gave we don’t live in Mobile we wasted our gas and time we will never go here again !!

nurses & supervisors and damn near the whole staff needs to fired and replaced, not professional at all ! they need to learn how to stick people ! they are not patient at all ! they are very much ghetto and drama like , such negativity thru out the whole staff … also they will talk about you while they’re in your face .. very very unprofessional.

No respect for the order in which you are seated to be hooked up. I said something about someone being hooked up before myself, I was ahead of the person. The lady was walking around for 10 min after I said something, went and put a coat on looked at me went to a different section and smiled. I have been coming here for some time and refuse to be treated like this. I understand the wait time and don’t get upset about that but when you intentionally don’t help and go out of order, you have a major problem. How would you like to be treated like this?

This place is a joke! After being stuck. I had a hpr. My needle needed backed out the lady who stuck me did not want to help. Since then the last three people she has stuck after has also had hpr. And refusing to help them as well. Very dissatisfied!

My first time and most of the staff were rude and disrespectful. I didn’t know anything about procedures and they refused to add my referral after I had donated so he won’t get it. I’m all for supporting my people but more white workers are needed to equalize the atmosphere. Some of them are truly beside themselves.

They are the slowest plasma center in MOBILE!! THEY WORKERS TALK TO EACH OTHER AND MOVE SLOW ON PURPOSE! They have one person screening when the line is outside the door…. Management have no control over the workers they are rude and disrespectful. I’ll never donate here again.
