Went here for the first time only to deal with REIGN. Reigns professionalism and customer service is NOT there. Absolutely disgusting for a front desk agent or medical professional. I’ll be reaching out to every corporate number and email I can because no one should have to wait here all day just to be met with disgust and rudeness if she doesn’t like her job she should find a new one.

I came in today and it was my first time coming and I was turned around because my mail didn’t have a date on the front. my id and social were present. All my mail had my name and address on it. The woman was very rude she may be the manager but there was a guy who told them to show me examples and she didn’t want to give me an example to what to bring. If you’re new I would believe they would try and help me understand if what I’m bringing is wrong. I understand that if the date is not on the mail she can’t do anything. I just don’t have mail with a date but I do have mail unopened with my name and address which came out the mailbox yesterday so ik it’s valid. I just can’t put my finger on why she was rude about it.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had since donating. The wait time was extremely long very understaffed. Waited 3.5 hrs to get sat for donation. The lady with the Dreads heavy set stuck the needle through car tissuing knowing that would trigger a unresponsive flow for donation, when she went to adjust it she caused more discomfort and even asked me to hold my own butterfly needle as she fumbled with a roll of tape. Blood splattered out of my vein onto the chair myself and the lab coat. Upon me asking for disconnect I was told I had to get my blood back in which the blood was not going bac unto my vein it was gooshing out my arm around the injection site. DONT LET THE HEAVY RT DARK SKIN LADY WITH DREADS STICK YOU

They continue to cut the payout for current donor’s I started losing almost $200 a month in December of 2022 & now they have cut the pay by another $35 monthly. They seem to be more worried about new donor’s and could careless about current donor’s. Part of the staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. I received a phone call on 6/4 (Saturday)to let me know my blood work came back good but I’d have to wait til the following Thursday for the doctor to confirm and I ask could it possibly happen by Tuesday and this is what I was told. “We don’t have to call you, we don’t have to tell you when we’ll call you back” (now the reason I was seeking a sooner call back is so I could get back to donating & still receive my monthly bonus). After all that I received a text message on Thursday telling me I miss my first donation if the week. It seems things are done on purpose so donor’s won’t receive bonuses. Another time I complained about one of the tech who had injured me during a previous donation (it was the 2nd time being injured by same individual) and I was told “this is voluntary and I could just not volunteer”

I visited the location today to give my donation where I was informed that I would receive the amount of $125 after completing my donation one of the ladies from behind the counter, comes to tell me that there was a mistake and that I will receive $50 today I asked to speak with the manager they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I ask for another manager Aaron Campbell came from the back and stood there with his hands in his pocket and just stared at me. He never asked me what was the problem. He never acknowledged my problem. I began to explain my problem. He cuts me off and says they’ve already told you that they can’t honor it I understand business but I also understand customer service and it seems that these people here do not I would not come and donate if I were you the only person that is good at sticking is Stephanie and Miss Deon the others are completely trash and all of the managers in here are rude you will be treated like just another donation. They will give you misleading information and not honor the things that they have said to you. If I could’ve give. No stars I wouldn’t .

So they did the usual take blood sample to check protein all that well apparently mine was low so I was told I couldn’t donate i would have to come back later to give a sample then within 10 to 14 days I would have results too if I was able to donate again if my protein level was fine. Well almost 4 weeks later they don’t know where the blood sample they took is and now they want me to come back in give them another sample and wait another 10 to 14 days like how do you lose a blood sample and then expect a person to come back in and wait in a long line just for you to take blood again and have to wait to find out if you’re able to donate. It’s ridiculous. I’ve been to CSL in the past and bio life this was never an issue at the other facilities

I was referred and the young girl that was initially signing me up told me since my referral didn’t complete two donations, he could not refer me. Upon the nurse coming to finish my enrollment, she asked me if I had a referral and I explained what the first girl told me. Well it was not true at all thankfully she came over because you get referred by any donor, you complete two donations then they donate again and are able to get their referral bonus. First girl kept nitpicking me throughout the entire process. It was bizarre and made me very uncomfortable. The rest of the staff was amazing, but I suppose they staff vitals and the front desk with whomever they can find. No credentials required. Overall a great center but beware.
