This place is by far the worst plasma place in Las Vegas. I got to the center at 5:58 PM doors close at 6:00 PM…. The very disgusting rude lady (who refused to give me her name) stood there and with a smirk on her face refusing to open the door. There is no signage that says they close before 6:00 PM. Again, I was there before that time, this is not the first time this has happened. She stated that “doors close at 5:59” even then I was there before that time she was just too busy turned around talking to her coworker (guy with eyelashes). This plasma place definitely needs new employees, surely some with manners and that are not rude and ghetto. Who ever this lady is ALWAYS has a nasty attitude.. Maybe she shouldn’t work here if she hates her job so much. I will be contacting corporate when I get this individuals name, she just laughed when I asked. This is a reason these people should wear a name tag. It is standard at every other place, they probably do this on purpose so you don’t have anyone to refer to. Here is a photo of her since she refused to give it to me. Disgusting.

I have donated plasma at different centers before but the Girl here has never seen a Green card before and Told me they couldn’t verify my ssn. I have never come across this problem before . I understand it’s a new facility? But perhaps it needs some work on identity verification, my social is mine and real.

I should have never gone back after I was incorrectly deferred by a control freak fake manager, but the truth is, the staff in general is pretty good here, so I did – big mistake. I just had to walk over six miles in 112 degree heat because nobody in this greedy, disrespectful company could be bothered to, in accordance with THEIR OWN POLICY that is clearly stated in the contract/questions you must agree to/complete EVERY TIME you donate, notify me of my deferral, the length of the deferral, and the reason why. To add insult to injury, I was told I couldn’t donate because my advanced protein screen came back with a value of 5.9, instead of the 6 needed to donate. What’s even worse, Kedplasma fails to notify people of their deferrals in these cases as a matter of policy – in direct contradiction of what they promise and what donors agree to – because they figure it’s easier to coerce a fresh blood sample out of you if you’re already at the location. They could care less about wasting what little resources you may or may not have, including deliberately compromising your physical and emotional health, just to fool you into going there under false pretenses.

I was here an hour. Filling out forms, watching videos, and reading the binder of process and rules. I waited to be processed after being here and hour and in the middle, they told me I lived at a bad address and could not proceed or donate at this facility. I live in a manufactured home +55 community for 12 years and can not understand what the problem is with my address. 500 homes in the park. I donated at CSL for a year with no issue.

I’ve be wanting to write this review for over a month now. I am sure you this is hands-down, the best plasma donation place in Las Vegas. And I am in avid donor. I literally donate at all of the centres I have them in rotation. The one thing that could make this place any better would be if they did appointments but besides that they definitely get the five stars and the technicians here, . Jae,Shay for the most part everyone that works in the front is absolutely amazing. remember their names but neither here nor there even without the appointment system they get you in and out you won’t be disappointment and if you come use my name as a reference

Horrible service! Was told my protein Wan 5.8 and needed to give a blood sample which I did. Was told by the medical doctor to call back on Monday which I did. Was told I could donate again, but the doctor needed to approve it and he don’t come in til Saturday. Staff that I spoke with claims to have reached out to the doctor to approve, but no one did. After calling multiple times I show up today Saturday am told the doctor don’t come in til 3. The center closes at 4 and after wasting my time and gas someone that I spoke to the other times could have informed me of this. Sad there’s only 1 person to approve this when other centers have more than 1 Dr that can approve this. I’m going on 2 weeks now!

I have been to many plasma facilities but never have I been so impressed as I am with Ked Plasma at Dessert Inn road. All the staff there is very professional and friendly and when I walk in the facility I feel like I’m coming home. Jaelon and Ty in particular have accomadated me to insure that I could donate. Whether my blood pressure was high or my hem levels were at 38, they educated me. There were times when I came to donate after a workout and I was directed to sit for 15 minutes in order for my blood pressure to normal . They were very sweet and welcoming in their approach which mDe me feel comfortable. Jaelon in particular educated me in effective dietary choices to assure good protein and hem iron levels.I could go on and on but I will leave these comments for now.
