Stopped by for the first time a few days ago. Being that it was my first time I was a bit reluctant and nervous, however all the employees made me feel more than comfortable. Cristina explained the entire process to me (I had a lot of questions lol) she remained patient, was very gentle, and most importantly made me feel safe. Will definitely be back soon!

Been donating for about a year. Will no longer be returning due to my experience with my last donation. A total of three attempts with multiple uncomfortable adjustments in between by various phlebotomists. The most difficult donation by far, only to be compensated with next to no money.

I am sow happy to donate and help out, at the same time I get paid. This helps me with some bills. Blessed all around

Yes, the staff are nice and friendly but some need to work on their technique. My veins are not difficult to work with (in my opinion), since in other medical facilities where blood is drawn from patients for various reasons, my veins do not hinder the process. What keeps me from going back is the “technique” in which they are trying to find a vein by sweepingly moving the needle around while inserted into the arm. I understand that it is not always going to be an easy process but if anything that is done right will be done right the first time. Other than that my visits have been pleasant and rarely have had to wait in a line longer than a couple of minutes.

Staff is ok but i went for my second time and waited for an hour to be able to donate finally. I am currently still in line to get screened. I got here at 5:36 pm its 6:39 and im still not even donating. Had to wait for ms to review a question and they had to take a hold off and the fingerscans they didn’t take the first time. It’s annoying to wait this long just to donate. Compared to others this is the worst Ive been to.

Very poor management if you ask me starting with Denise, Kimberly, and ending with Oscar. I strongly don’t recommend this place at all.

Place is ridiculous. They want your physical SS card. Doesn’t matter what you can show but they have to see the actual card. People hardly even carry their card and the SS office recommends you don’t receive a new card if you lost your original. Go somewhere else.

It’s sad you go leave a donation to allow these people to have jobs. And their attitude is horrible worse than CSL and they are bad

Don’t go here. Fraudulent pay schedule. Missed one day and started my pay from the beginning but never told me that. Tried to refer a friend after they acted like it would be easy. Then refused to pay the referral bonus. Which I am seeing more people now post about. Staff are not kind. Gave me problems with my proof of address even though the other donation places take it no problem. First day they hurt my arm bruised me a lot then nurse told another nurse it was my fault. The management thinks they are God’s. One word Jerks!
