I’ve donated plasma at other locations in DFW and this was the best experience! Very thorough explanations, but not monotone or boring. Each person who led me through the initial new donor process took great care to ensure I understood what was happening. The floor is quiet and serious, but also comfortable and lowkey. State of the art beds and equipment. Great donor fees and rewards!

At first I would have giving them 5 stars but now that they have take away the bonus they suck! Jazmine, Mel, Maria, Jean, Jose they are very friendly. So is Mathew, Julio. I have to say the bathroom are not the cleanest. That is not the reason they are getting 1 star!

This is the 5th plasma donation center I have visited and is hands down the best I have been to. The staff is more layed back than the others. The clientele is mixed and not ghetto like some of the places I have been to. The only negative I can think of is that it’s in Irving.

Very young staff. Very inexperienced. I have never had any difficulty donating plasma. They stuck me multiple times thinking they have found a vain when they haven’t. I am now bruised and unable to donate plasma at a more experienced location. Tina the supervisor is nice but ultimately was pretty useless when it came to problem solving. Incompetent from the top down. Go to another donation center avoid the headache

I have been coming here for over a year, great staff, great stickers, great managers. Today, however, I was unable to donate on a technicality. Very unhappy at the lack of ability to show loyalty to a loyal customer. I do not enjoy getting a 14 gage needle stuck in me twice a week, one would think a little wiggle room would be expected, but not so much. I will be back because I have to, but this time i understand. The staff are not your friends. Good day.
