This is the worst plasma center I’ve been to and I’ve been doing plasma since 2013 , the manager Jessica needs to be fired that is the worst manager I’ve ever came in contact with !!! The employees stand around and talk instead of doing there jobs !!! They talk about you while your sitting right there , and they tell lies on you !!! Half of them don’t know how to stick you with a needle !!!my card had expired and I asked for another card and was told no , I called the number on the card and they got a address that I haven’t used in a while , and then they won’t give nobody a number to call about the things that go on there or to call about the manager, everybody has quick because of the manager!!!!! Y’all need to get rid of her ASAP

This comment has nothing to do with the staff that work at this location. It has to do with the company. The people that run this company should understand that the money that is made.. it’s not just for spending money. It is used for groceries.. it is used for gas money to get people back-and-forth to work.. They sit in the lobby for hours just to be seen. Starting in June you lowered your Donation amount. You also had a Tetanus program for extra cash..then you cut that out. People rely on this money to live. Please fix this ASAP. I called the Cooperate Office with a complaint also.

People who are not good at sticking or hate their job should leave or be fired. People lose hundreds of dollars because employees either 1 can’t do their job or 2 just hate their job and don’t care. It might not mean anything to them but to some people that’s a power bill, a gas bill, food and clothes for their kids or other needs. If you hate your job…leave. If you’re consistently causing people to be restuck, blowing out veins and other issues on multiple people then find something else you’re good at. The employees there know who is bad at it…management should too. You tell people they can’t come back for 2 months because your employees simply can’t do their job properly or just don’t care to do so. We donate blood and have never once had these issues…it’s only there we ever have a problem. Giant bruises when you never bruise, repeatedly having one or two people on the floor consistently fixing other certain people’s screw ups. YOU ARE TAKING MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE’S POCKETS, LEAVE. Managers, that reflects directly on you…but the managers care even less.

This place is ridiculous they only have one person checking people in but still let people use express pass. They seriously need to fire who ever is running that place and start over. Its just an awful place where they make you wait for hours and then they will mess up how much money ypu were supposed to get. Whoever is in charge there needs to be fired asap.

I agree with the bad reviews on here wish I would have looked here 1st it’s like on the job training and your the pin cushion and for there screw up you get your money cut and all you get are blown out veins walking around looking like a junkie.Great and all your doing is trying to make ends meet and also help people at the same time . Definitely find a better place.

My nana and I went to give plasma at this location. It was our first and definitely our last time going to this place. They called us back *separately * to ask questions and fill out paperwork. During this time my nana found out she couldn’t give plasma because she has Lupus. A few moments later the woman who was doing her paperwork came over to the man that was doing mine and starts making fun of her. Then she starts acting like my nana was dumb for not knowing she wouldn’t be able to donate. They didn’t realize she was with me. A few minutes later my nana walked over to tell me she’s going to wait in the car and read her book till I’m done. I wish I could’ve filmed their reactions.

I’m leaving one star because of Barbara the lady up front. I am a long time comer to this place and have never had a bad experience with staff. Not only was she super unprofessional and unhelpful until I asked her what exactly she was saying, she told my girlfriend that she was tempted to put me on the “do not come back list”. I wonder why people like her have jobs that deal with the public. 1 star.
