I definitely enjoyed going here. Until recently I haven’t been paid out for my donation still. went and donated at 3pm and it’s now 1am. And still haven’t received it.. when I went back there they were supposed to be fixing the payment issue. And was told they would of had it taken care.. well it’s Sunday tomorrow and they aren’t open .. so now I have to wait another to even get this resolved.. this is crazy .. I will be going back to csl fetsure at least they would pay you

They drew blood for protein and the girl that did it missed really bad blew up my vein I was black and blue and my whole arm was so sore. I told them about and the girl I talked too acted like it was no big deal

Staff checking you in are very touchy and get offended when you address a concern instead of helpful. Then they blow things out of proportion and act like the donor is the one being rude, but the phlebotomist are very nice and make it worth coming back again.

They blatantly lied to my girlfriend and told her that the law says they can’t puncture through tattoos and she had too many to donate… IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A LAW. She just completed her first donation at CSL about 10 minutes ago without any problems. These people are just incompetent, incapable and dishonest all day, everyday.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! The man doing the initial intake was thorough, polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. The gal poking my finger and doing my vitals was an absolute sweetheart, very pleasant! The medical exam lady was just fabulous and super patient…went above and beyond! The gal and guy doing cleanup were freaking AMAZING! Kyle and the other gal poking customers were beyond what I had expected. Kyle cares, is gentle, very experienced and made it a fun experience! I highly recommend checking this place out…it’s like no other!

Apparently they don’t pay the full amount for employee screw ups, only machine screw ups. I’d definitely reconsider this place unless you want to end up with several holes and half pay.
