Ok this was my first time and I was extremely nervous and didn’t know what to expect .They give you all the information that you need …. Very clean areas …. Everybody was professional and polite . Not to mention the bathroom was clean at 100% definitely a A+ for me. I was a hard stick but it wasn’t a issue with them . I read the reviews before coming and it’s definitely the total opposite sombody is lieing ! . Over all I give it a 5 star . My nervousness went away as soon as I approach the front desk . When I get her name I’ll update my review (she has black scrubs on ) she was amazing . And I can tell she knew what she was doing. ‼️ . Try it people you may save a life .

Update Aug 2023: Leaving my review at 5 stars (no one paid me to do 5 stars, it was my choice so don’t believe what you read on other reviews without checking them out yourself.). I switched back to another plasma center in mid July due to Kedplasma return donor fees are lower than others in area. It’s too far for me to drive for lower fees.
