Sign in computers are always down and or broken. Employees choose not to fix or don’t even know how to log into them so they can be used. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. Have issues receiving our payments in full. Being paid $30 having to wait several hours to receive the last of the $100 payment. Card always declined at stores Bathrooms are always dirty. Pee all over the floors. If I could give a 0 star ratting I would. The last company that owned this building did a way better job at running this.

I would love to give 5 stars, but ..come in and sit forever. Noone at front doing screenings. No management jumping in to assist just looking at waiting room when they come out of the office. Love the employees but definitely needs some work. They seem to care and be on top of things when they have people from other centers training. .

This particular review is a first visit, new donor review. This was by far the quickest and easiest new donor experience I’ve ever had in my time donating plasma. While the other places I’ve experienced (not FL based) took 4-6 hours, this was 3 hours from check-in to donation to leaving. Definitely happy with my first impression. Will leave another review after a few months of donating to ensure it wasn’t a fluke.

Since I have been coming I have had no problems and never spent more than a hour except for the initial time. The only complaint is the payment schedule. They used to give a. Extra 10 for prime time but just found out they did away with this. So they should up the ante on the lower pay day’s. Otherwise staff is awesome. Great job!

Crystal is awesome talk about professional. I’ve been coming to this center for about 1 year and she if not already should be promoted. I’ve observed her have to fix people’s resticks supervisors and all on her first try always willing to help the TEAM. Any little vein ppl she is the first the team ask to do.she is awesome if she is not a supervisor then there is definitely something wrong with managment owning a business myself the people that should be promoted are the ones that work the hardest in our team player not who’s friends with who

I have been going to this location for seven months and I regularly go twice a week. There are definitely times of the day that are more crowded and I have learned to plan for that. However, as consistently busy as they are there, you would think that they’d schedule the right amount of staff to be working. It’s normal to spend at least 2-3 hours there. Today’s visit was by far the worst. I sat there for two hours waiting and then finally a huge group of 12-13 people were called back, all of which came after me, and my name wasn’t called. I explained the situation to an employee and all they said was that I would be called in the next group. That’s completely unacceptable. It would have been another hour for sure, probably more, before I was done and out of there. They really need to do a better job of paying attention to the order because this has happened multiple times to me. I had gotten used to the long waits and the lack of urgency of the some of the staff to get things done, but today will really make me think twice about going back. Do better.

I’ve worked at another plasma center before and I had donors tell me negative things. However my experience was nothing but great! From the time I walked in to the physical, everyone was VERY pleasant and courteous. Monica is a great phlebotomist and I gained trust in her right away along with her lead. Clean and professional!!
