Terrible experience!!! Unless you’re a drug addict & have extremely visible & easy to find veins,its Not worth going through the pain in your arms & the HIGH possibility of consistency of blown veins & unexperienced technicians. Except for maybe 3 employees,it’s treated like a check cashing bloodbank. Most of the techs barely know how to find a vein without “messing up” & talking amongst themselves about lunchbreak. NEVER GOING BACK THERE

I left a sample 2 weeks ago and the Dr. Finally signed off that I could donate again. I went in and was ready to go and all of a sudden in the physical part the information about my meds and my surgeries has somehow just disappeared out of the system and they told me I was permanently deferred because they could not find it and said I never disclosed my meds and surgeries in the very beginning before they were ked and immunotek. They misplaced my medical information and blamed me…. also they had my tattoo documented wrong. I have half left sleeve and right leg right foot, they had half sleeve right and leg tattoo right but had left foot ankle tattoo instead of my right foot. Dirty bunch trying to cover their tracks cause they lost my medical information over the years

During the first visit everyone was very kind and seemed to care. If you’re not new they don’t care about you. If you’re a veteran you’re supposed to get an extra $5 but they don’t honor that. There are no chairs while waiting to get stabbed, so be prepared to stand for a minimum of 2 hours. They also like to remove reviews on Google. Understaffed as well.

Have you ever heard of bio farming? Well that’s what this is. Your given a number herded like cattle and hooked to a machine to harvest the resource they want. They refer to you as a number. If it comes up how they are a medical facility they make sure to correct you and state it’s a “manufacturing facility” not a medical facility. The phlebotomists have no off site training most of them have never been through any type of medical training. Their are hired straight off the street and within a week are sticking donors. Enter at your own risk.

Everyone on staff is amazing! When I get the chance to talk one-on-one with any of them, I feel like I’ve just been in a therapy session. The wait can be anywhere from 3-5 hours long, but it’s not bad if you just bring a book or something. Plus you walk out with more money than you had when you walked in, and you saved lives getting it 🙂

Watch them! THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU YOUR REFERRAL FEE WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO! THEY LIE ABOUT WHEN YOU GET IT! YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOREVER TO BE HOOKED UP WHEN YOURE CALLED BACK AND THEN WAIT FOREVER AGAIN TO BE UNHOOKED WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED!
