They don’t explain everything to you in detail not even on the website.I referred to friend, I didn’t know that I had to go in and get the $40 in order for me to get my referral bonus! The atmosphere was nice your coworkers are lovely except one I was checked in by a male nurse named *** ( I’ll wait for a reply from company!!) my first time I did the physical everything went smooth , (so I thought) so I referred a friend I asked her how her physical went just to compare notes she showed me what they did I asked her did the lady rub up on her legs she said no why would they rub up on her legs I told her I don’t know but that’s what the man did to me!! Fyi I told my therapist, I already deal with mental issues so this is bothering me a whole lot.

I only been to this donation center 3 times. The first time I went in, the lady where you check in at, had a nasty attitude, when I tried to ask a question. The 2nd and 3rd time I went, I had the same girl. She was more concerned with what other workers were doing, then doing her job! She really hurt me, when she stuck me! Everyone else seemed nice. Idk if I’ll go back again.

I absolutely love going to KED Plasma. For the most part, everyone there is great. But on 4/27/2023 I was there and my donation was taking longer than usual and I high pressured..One of the phlebotomists KAT H came to fix it and she had the nastiest attitude towards me and basically told me that I wasn’t drinking enough water (I drink up to a gallon per day) or not eating the right foods the night before, ( I cook and eat healthy MOST days) She made me feel really small. I have observed her nasty attitude before and I had taken a break for a few months and my first day back, she was there. Her attitude is just nasty and I have observed her talking to other donors the same way she did me yesterday. This is uncalled for. She’s very unprofessional and if she has a nasty attitude on the job, then that’s how she is overall. Her attitude needs to readjusted.

My first time and second time there donation went well and staffing was friendly, there’s always a however, on my third attempt I was informed that my sample protein was slightly elevated and I need to give another sample which I did was told give it a week and it’s been 3 weeks was told my sample passed but the doctor must sign off ok I’ve been waiting for this Dr for 3 weeks and still no Dr glad I have options

I live in New Jersey. They don’t accept me. People come from Philadelphia and New York. They accept them. Terrible place. Would not recommend them. They stole 150$ from me. The staff that work there treat people like trash too. There’s other places to go that won’t keep your money. Don’t goto this place.

Kedplasma was my first choice donation center until May when they lowered the compensation and on top of that they took away the game for an extra bonus on the 2nd donation of the week 2 stars because most of the staff are very nice, if you do fix the compensation and or bring back the game I will update my review until then I will stay with my current center.

I rate it a 3 only because Nurse Jackie has no clue what she is doing. When I went in for my exam due to failing vitals she had no clue what to do. She then proceeded to look up the protocol and contact the doctor but still had no clue. When I went to ask her a question she asked me to stop talking do she can focus on figuring out what to do and will fill me in after. This is absolutely unprofessional and rude. Dont get it wrong everyone else is really nice. But I’ve had 2 occasions of interactions with Nurse Jackie. She absolutely sucks at her job. She needs to be something other than a nurse.

In the last 2 years I have become a plasma donor and I have donated at four different establishments! All were kind and professional and did a great job but the staff at KED Plasma in Cinnaminson , New Jersey is the Best Of The Best ! From Nurse Thomas who is one of the nicest people you will ever meet to their wonderful staff of Macy, Yoel, Kathleen, Stephanie, and both Ashley S as well as Ashley D ! Everyone is professional, cheerful, super friendly and Accommodating to all donors! Old or New ! I highly recommend KED Plasma !
