Yoli was very disrespectful she stabbed me in my arm twice and told me no worries mommi first off I’m not your mommy second I have came here numerous occasions these women are mean .She was very Non Chalant to my pain I’m very upset about this she also hurt my grandfathers arm ; she dug him so deep he bleed so bad it was ridiculous; She was very angry last week when I came and spoke to me with no respect! The lady with the red dread locks she’s nasty as well her attitude is just so weird I’m afraid she might hit me !These people will tell your business outside of work because she definitely saw me at Walmart and told her husband how I’m always going to her job I don’t know this lady

Just as another person posted discrimination is VERY prevalent at this site. I had been donating since 2019, walked in wearing a knee brace multiple times and nothing was ever said about it. On 8/2/2023, I was asked why I had the brace on, I said it was due to an injury I received in a car accident in 1994. Nicole said ok and walked away. Then a phys-sub asked me into an office and asked the same question, gave the same answer. Tyler came in and the level of tension rose dramatically; she was asking the “phys-sub” questions to ask myself. When I answered a question before the medically untrained person could ask, I was told “I was asking her!” Wow. At the end, I was told I was nolonger eligible to donate permanently as I had failed to disclose information. When I asked to speak to the manager, it was she, Tyler and Alex. NOT what I asked for. You could “feel” how bad they were discriminating against me. I asked for her managers name and number and was told to look it up. I have no idea who hires these people and promotes them to management, but they all need to be dismissed, replaced with properly trained personnel with medical backgrounds. These people can’t spell embolism much less know

I’ve been coming here for years Aisha is a new screener here and her attitude towards me was so unprofessional ,She cursed me out last time I asked her if I should keep pumping then called me out and embarrassed me; She’s is very mean I saw her at work while donating then she saw me in a restaurant and told my co worker she saw me donating plasma and not to return when she saw me .We haven’t had any encounters before this but I love the other staff hire more people who don’t flabbergast other peoples business she’s having a bad day today to ! She tried to run me off the road on her car a greenish Honda I may be pressing charges

I had an excellent experience at KedPlasma from start to finish! Nichole was doing intakes that day and her personality made me feel so comfortable! Katie did an excellent job sticking me. For a new donor the whole process took 2.5 hours, it only took me 25 mins to donate! I recommend this place to everyone looking to donate plasma. Their current pay is $100 for the first 8 times as a new donor and then it’s $50 then $100 with a $50 bonus on your 8th donation! Excellent staff for sure! Thank you for the comforting experience.

The nurse really discriminate against me because I have bipolar and told her I have therapy once a week and said I needed to leave very embarrassed. I know for a fact that other people with the same disorder as myself come here and did not go through what I went through I’ve never felt more ashamed in my life for reaching out getting help and taking care of my mental well being as far as everyone else staff wise was supportive and very polite the manager Mr Alex basically informed me that it was allowed and not called discrimination nor was it that big of a deal they requested all of my medical records and meds and medical history for what???!!!! He also told me for the safety of everyone else around or in the building they needed to ensure I was stable I never yelled was very respectful yes ma’am no ma’am please thank you but this was first hand discrimination and an embarrassment

Payment not posted, and the level of respect is intolerable. I will change my review if this changes but I probably will not be back.

Most professional and experienced service in town. Highly recommend over CSL plasma. Current pay scale: new donors get $125 for first five donations. Return donors get $50 for first donation of week and $100 for second donation of week . 6th and 8th donation of month is an additional $50 dollar bonus. Bout $800 to $860 a month. Vets get additional $5 every donation. This is an easy $10000 a year folks. Covers a $750 rent bill for a year, plus some change.
