Could not donate because they couldn’t find the vain in my right arm. They have to be able to find a vein in both arms here. Went to octapharma plasma and they drew from my right arm with no problem. I have always been told I had really easy veins to stick. I recommend hiring phlebotomist that are experienced.

Most unsafe and distgustingly filthy plasma place, ever. Dirty diapers in the parking lot for days. Blood inside bathroom stall doors for weeks. Rude employees who are racist and flirty with any man who gets near them. Expecting ppl to sit outside in the heat with heat index over 100* outside, despitethem havin medical limitatons to heat exposure. Manager spends 2 hours standing around talking drama with her sister. Phlebotomists offering their onlyfans to donors. Phlebotomists injuring ppl so badly leaving them bruised for over 2 weeks and yanking the needle out by the tubes. Avoid at all costs…unless what I described is your jive.

They’ve got a pretty good special going on right now for new donors during the month of July where you can get $150 for each of your first 5 donations during a 30-day period. This is currently better than any of the other Augusta-area plasma donation centers. While this promotion seems appealing at first (and there’s surely nothing wrong with running specials and offering incentives), caveat emptor (buyer beware): After the special is over, KED Plasma has the absolute LOWEST payment-per-donation in Augusta for regular, recurring donors. This is why I gave them 3 stars.

I’ve donated here for 6 plus years and I will not be going back. There are a few good people that work there but the majority of the staff is completely unqualified and completely unfit to work in a medical setting. They never want to do their job and they’re constantly bringing their home drama to the workplace which is completely unprofessional.

For almost a year now I’ve been coming here. I’m not the biggest fan of needles and being stuck by them but at the time I needed extra money. Other than being stabbed with a freakin needle it’s not so bad. There no long wait. Staff is friendly and apparently I make them laugh. The people that enjoy this kinda thing: you need help! It’s $45 first day and $100 second day for regulars. $20 bonus if it’s been longer than 14 days last donation. $100 bonus for referring someone.

Keds is one of the best donation centers in Augusta besides Octapharma. Other centers are ghetto, move slow and/or give low payouts. I been coming for about a year now and never really had any issues except once when they readjusted my needle and I infiltrated other than that they clean and friendly. Wait times depend on Holidays, promotions and days of the week. They pay out is better than All the others in Augusta.They give a bonus on your seventh visit while others centers have stopped bonuses or just don’t give them. Lastly, Keds rewards is clutch..$20 gas gift cards and gift cards for restaurants etc…I don’t know any other center who got and gives rewards like them.

Called to see hours. Drove to the location and their was a sign on the window saying, “Sorry for the inconvenience, we are closed for the next two days while our computers update.” NOTHING ON THE ANSWERING SERVICE AT ALL. Drove there on Wednesday because the answering service said they were open until 7pm. I even called to verify in one of the employees stated, “7pm” I drive 40 min to the location only to find that they closed at 6pm and that their hours had changed. Drove a 43 min out of my way only to find they were closed. When I approved the manager regarding the change in hours and that his answering service still had the original hours, there was no apology just, “Our answering service is a little slow at changing things.”

I came by today to try to receive some extra cash for my vacation and I had a bonus offer from Ked plasma. They kept talking to me about the legitimacy of my coupon both times as they read my pulse. Terrible timing. They sent me home and today was my last day in Augusta. Terrible client relations. My pulse is always at 99 or 98 and 100 and the cut off. My best guess for why they wouldn’t let re take my pulse after a 101 reading is because they didn’t want to have to pay me for my referrals. I referred 4 consistent donors and still haven’t gotten paid for them and today was supposed to be the day. Won’t be back in augusta until the winter so might as well kiss my referral bonus goodbye.

I’ve been donating plasma at this site for nearly four years now. The staff are always friendly even when things get rushed/stressful. The change of name/company hasn’t changed that. The renovations have majorly improved my visits over the last few months. The only real negative experiences I’ve had have come from other donors being upset over the little things. At the end of the day it is our choice to donate and get paid. Why get upset when the staff are doing what they can? Overall I highly recommend this location/donating in general. Thank you for everything you do! Shout out to Sabrina and all the other staff members that take a moment and talk books with me when setting up the machine I’m going to be hooked up to.
