I have good veins, they miss them often the dig around to try and get the blood flowing. Then because they can’t hit the swim, want to re-stick the other arm. I left without donating after they stuck me and had three different ladies dig around in my arm with no success.

Just left angry. My first time donating so was waiting on physical was told 2 people were ahead of me. I was completely forgotten about. Watched 3 other people get there physicals after the rwo that were ahead of me. Absolutely the worst staff I’ve ever encountered.

Hi, I was going to be a new donor at your ked plasma in Anderson. The staff was very rude when I came in. The second thing is when they went to do a vein Check a woman grabbed my arm very aggressively and left a lot of red marks on me , I’ve donated at other places and was never treated this bad and never had red marks

every worker i’ve ran into here are nice. i would’ve given 5 stars but a lady who’s the head nurse (forgot her name) of this place did not stick my arm right & now i’m left with a bruise b/c of that. other than that, its a nice environment & they pay you 5-10 mins. after you’ve left the building.

Absolutely DESTROYED my boyfriend’s arms. They poked him twice, one time on each arm and one of the poles was on the SIDE of his arm. I’m no phlebotomist, but I’m pretty sure they’re not supposed to stick you on the side of your arm. SMH Also, waited for 15 at the front desk.

Surprised to see all the negative comments. The staff work tirelessly to accommodate all donors. Just like everywhere else, they are short staffed.
