I was denied due to needed documents which I understand but the rudeness from 1 male staff member was disgusting from someone who works in customer service. He was not at all helpful or really seemed he even cared I was there and he even did the fake “have a nice day”. Dang he doesn’t have to be condescending and rude.

I used to donate back when it was immuotek, then during a 2 year period of not donating, they switched companies to KED. I’m very very happy with the transition. The perks for donating are great, the staff is on point and friendly. Just be sure to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate and your donation times will get quicker and quicker!!

I Do not recommend. They won’t allow me to donate anymore because I don’t have any utilities in my name to verify my address. Even though I’ve shown them my driver’s license and other mail that comes in my name. Sad it’s harder to donate that it is to register and vote.

Very poor work ethic and they are allowed to change your days whenever they like and don’t give the full amount that is written on the ticket. Staff only focused on getting with each other or lunch. Has been over an hour and a half and still have yet to receive my donation payment. They are closed so no way to call anyone and going up there is no help as they locked the doors and refuse to open them to assist anyone. Hopefully don’t get robbed of my donation and plasma just because they are to lazy to finish the work before closing and calling it a day

It was clean from what I saw but if you have deep veins you’re getting no service. I have deep veins and they blamed it on water intake despite the fact I know full well I drink a lot of water, and I already knew my veins were deep.
