Worst company ever: unprofessional staff pushed to convince my mum to give blood, despite her explaining she is usually anemic. They convinced her by saying it goes to kids with cancer and that they would check her hemoglobine first, which apparently was good!

This is the worst place to donate your blood! I would not recommend anyone to come to this place due to the worst customer service ever, no leadership present. First of all, when you come in they tell you to schedule an appointment. When you make that call to schedule the appointment no one answers the phone, you can try and call a few times, the result is going to be the same. Second of all, when you try to give this negative feedbacks to a higher position person (supervisor or manager), none of them are available at the moment. What a coincidence right. So the thing is that I have no idea who runs the place or who’s in charge of this. This shouldn’t happen or ever be like this, because us, the community is donating for a good purpose and that is to help the people in need. My advise is until they fix this and reorganize themselves, as well as becoming a little more professional, look for another place to help our people in need.

They promised a compensation of 200 dollars per plasma donation when COVID stroke. I went there and passed all tests in order to qualify. I donated more than 5 times! They never paid me stating that the lab results were not ready, but that was a lie because the I called the lab myself and they told me my results were clear and amazing! Saul, the manager, never answered my phone calls!!! Total scam company! Bet someone who needed my plasma paid very expensive for the health care system.

For being in the middle of a Pandemic, this place has it down packed. Granted, test results are a bit slow, but they are starting to pick up speed. The place is exceptionally cleaned and the staff is bilingual and surprisingly personable. Although they may run on a near tight schedule, i would imagine that like all appointments, you should come early and plan a window of time in which you can come in with time to spare. Be prepared to have a friendly greeting with a water and maybe a snack upon entry as it is expected. Also, please avoid bringing additional people to the appointment as there is little seating (social distancing!) in the lobby and no additional seating in the back.
