Great people doing incredible work. If you have questions, you can call 1800-Red Cross and get quick answers. Every two seconds, someone in America needs blood, and only 3% of Americans donate blood. Donate today to save a life!

Blood donation process was fine but their selection of treats afterwards was disappointing. This is the 2nd time in the last 3 donations for me where there were only crackers & pretzels. No mini-oreos, nutter-butters, or chips ahoy at all! Hate to be picky but getting the nabisco cookies is the highlight of giving blood for me. I’m considering checking the treats before I donate next time and canceling if my favorites aren’t available. I know it seems petty but I am donating blood.

One of the most unprofessional and unorganized donation centers ive ever been to. Was turned away even though i had an appointment and was told to have either state or school id and was again turned away because of no birthday on the school id. No one told me that the id also needed a birthday and school ids don’t have birthdays on them. Staff was condescending and extremely unprofessional. Staff was more worried about leaving on time then taking my blood which they didnt actually do. I will never donate to red cross again if this is how i am treated.

Went multiple times. Overall the staff is good but the last time I went I passed out and hit my head. No one seemed to care. One lady did let me lie down but woke me up shortly after. She asked a bunch of questions and said I should be better. I was still dizzy. She said that someone would follow up. No one ever has. They keep calling, emailing, and sending letters. I have repeatedly told them to stop. There are plenty of places that you can go and donate. Donate somewhere where they ensure that you are being looked after.

Want to start of by saying this was my first time donating blood. I was skeptical considering there are only a few reviews but this was a great experience. Can’t forget to mention I was nervous as well. The staff was very friendly and professional! Walked me through every step of the way and made me feel comfortable. After donating they provided snacks and drinks, did not rush you away whatsoever. I think every single person in the facility asked if I needed anything or if I was feeling ok. Just goes to show that they care about every person who walks through that door.

Was walked away as apparently Red Cross doesn’t accept walk-in donations. Wasted my time.
