Today they get zero stars. Staff didn’t know how to do my needle stick and later on when I asked for them to adjust my armband the staff are doing everything but moving the damn armband up. At this point I’m literally about to cry and no one has stopped to help me but walk past like I don’t exist. From other reviews, maybe they just don’t like black people. Carrying on, when the machine stops it takes anyone a long time to come although there were literally no more than five clients at the time and at least five staff. What I assume to be the manager finally steps in and fails just as his staff did so I wasn’t able to receive whatever fluid should’ve went back in my body. Now I have two wounds, one from the lead/manager that wasn’t even used and an uncertainty as to whether I’ll receive full pay due to their mistakes. He offered me a Gatorade though, nice gesture, right? This is my third time ever donating and this makes me never want to do it again solely because the people involved. I’ll probably try once more for the last $125 fee but I would never recommend donating plasma to anyone. Negative stars. Wish I remembered the girls name and knew the man’s name.

Have been coming here for a few months. The service is terrible but at least it’s consistently bad so you know what to expect. I told my mom to come in so she could make a little extra cash but she is not a fluent English speaker. They made her go through some of the process but after about an hour or so, they told her she was a “liability” and decided to not let her donate. My mom felt ashamed for not fully knowing English. So obviously, I came to her defense and pointed out how discriminatory this process is. But the workers only reaction was to get angry and argue with me and my mom. Come here at your own risk, just know you need to be a fluent English speaker.

I’m only rating a 1 star for a couple of reasons, they don’t explain anything about the tattoo process until your halfway through. That wasted 3 hours, So if you have gotten a tattoo within a year don’t even try to donate waste of time. Being the first time donor it did take awhile but my girlfriends process took up to 4 hours being a new donor. They barely have any employees working witch is the world we live in nowadays. Employees were very nice and easy to communicate with, pay is decent for new donors and for people in need of extra cash. They need more nurses in this facility.

I’ve done a couple dozen donations here. Everybody is so nice and friendly, and I’ve only had one donation go poorly. Payment is always super fast and the compensation level is really good if you can do 2x/wk. I just really wish they had newer, faster machines like BioLife has, that’s really my only complaint.

This place was really really excellent. This is no longer the case. The staff will yell at people coming in too close to closing time for their taste or just flat out lie about their computers being shut off remotely (they do it themselves, I’ve watched them do it)
