The people that works here at this location are extremely rude and can’t stick me right. They talk about you to other people and they gossip about donors and smile in your face and pretend they like you and care. I give this place a 0 because of the unprofessional of the work place. And they act like they don’t like their job and rush the process of donors so they can get off early or take a break. I hate it , going there every day and rude people play like they care and they don’t. I’m glad I was deferred and I will never come back to this place ….ever!!!!!!

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. Never does it say on there website if you have tattoos around the area they draw blood you wouldn’t be accepted. They should post that on the door or website. It’s 2023 everyone now days are getting there body full of tattoos.

Extremely rude and unprofessional literally the WORST donating center I’ve ever been to! The workers act like it’s a party they will have a line of people and stand in the hallways talking to each other for LONG periods of time. No one knows ANYTHING they will tell you 6 different versions of every story then get a manager to tell you what they said was wrong and it’s not their fault they didn’t know and there’s nothing that can be done sooooo oh well it is what it is. When someone bleeds they are not in a rush to clean it up or change their attire they will walk around with blood on their coats contaminating their surroundings. Just horrible I hope they can get some decent management here soon.

What kind of company has a bonus for Veterans, that after they’ve convinced enough people to come in to start the process and donate, possibly make it part of their regular income, gets rid of said bonus for more profit? I’m a veteran who does this for extra spending cash. Some people friggin rely on it to live. But the disrespect of it being a promotion? One that brought me in and kept me here for a WHILE because I thought they had some respect for the military? Just walked out on my donation after finding that out and I will not be returning.

Highly recommend this place if you’re interested in donating plasma. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. The staff may have changed over the years but everyone is always so great! I love coming to this location in particular because of the environment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you guys for being so awesome!

I got there an hour before closing on Sunday, and they locked the doors. How dare you close an hour early the last day people are able to get their higher paying second donation of the week. If you’re open until 2 you need to accept people until 2. Not only that it’s the Sunday before thanksgiving.

This place was packed at 8:am this morning. Both Austin & Franks teams did a awesome job today on getting people through at a pretty fast pace. I only waited 15 minutes with close to a dozen people ahead of me that’s a first for me. Job well done ! Keep up the good work

Great staff!! Every time I go they are friendly and quick! I know my vein isn’t easy to get, yet every time I go they get it with ease!! I used to go to another place in Madison, and interstate is so much better!!! Scott, Ally, and Amelia are awesome! Any of them will make your experience great!!!

I’m a regular and to check if you’re available to donate has been taking forever to do lately. No staff is rarely at the desk so good luck with that as well. Some of the staff is nice but all I hear is them complaining about their lunch mostly lol. If you can go, try to go somewhere else until they get better staff like they use to have.
