I like the vibe here. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time isn’t bad. The employees know what to do. There isn’t too many donor beds but it doesn’t bother me. Overall it’s quite nice and they sure treat you pretty good. Thanks for reading my review. Peace ✌️

I’ve always been hesitant about donating plasma, but I went for the first time on Fri the 28th, and they took the time making sure I knew everything about donating, etc before getting started. Everyone from the guy at the front desk, to the lady who registered me, to the lady who did my physical to the phlebotomist were very nice and professional. When I started feeling some pain about halfway through my donation, it was dealt with and resolved very quickly! It’s also a really cool process, and even cooler how the plasma that I donate will go to someone in need. I’m very pleased with my experience and will absolutely be going back.

I’ve gone here for over a year, though the staff rotates a lot there are a few people who have been here the whole time I have been going and they’re amazing. Everyone there is very kind and accommodating. Phlebotomists are quick but do everything they can to make sure the process is smooth and painless. The first time you go takes a while because of screening questions and the required physical, but after that it’s pretty fast, I’m usually out in less than 90 minutes. Good payment system (they use Visa cards) and a quality brand new facility. Make easy money while saving lives!

As a first time donor, the process can be long, but all staff were very efficient and it didn’t feel long at all! They did a great job informing me of each step along the way. Compensation for the first several donations is very fair and helpful for a quick and easy way to make a little extra money. I like that the compensation is preloaded onto a card that can be reloaded with each donation. Definitely had a pleasant first experience.

Really professional and comfortable environment. When you make your first donation the process is pretty long but definitely worth it to help people out and get some extra cash. The staff of phlebotomist helped me feel comfortable as I was pretty nervous because I have never donated before. Really recommend this place!

This place is super convenient and a great way to make money while saving lives. The staff is very nice and helpful. The first time is a little stressful, but when you return the entire process is very easy. Great option for college students as you can make money around a busy schedule.

I generally have a good experience with the technicians that take vitals, but once you’re upstairs it’s a bit stressful. Staff is always out on the floor arguing and talking bad about coworkers and donors in front of everyone. Saying they need a break or have stayed past the time they should’ve left. We all do this at our respective workplaces, but please do it in private and not in front of your donors who should be staying relaxed during their donation.

I went for my first donation here today and I had a great experience. Erik was efficient and as fast as possible with all of the steps, including documenting my tattoos and piercings. Jordan performed my venipuncture perfectly and was wonderfully personable and enjoyable to talk with. The only downfall I find is that I don’t yet know where free parking is near this center, otherwise it was a great experience.
