they have no respect for your time and and they are weird. after waiting for 20 minutes, one attendant got me in: they had my id card and ssn card in their hand and yet they asked me to speak the contents (address, ssn#) out loud. I said, read them from the card, the info is correct yet they said I need to speak them out loud. also, although I didn’t mind the following, some people may find it offensive: the black attendant told me my name sounds like a phone scammer. This is the wierdest place I have been a customer. I thought maybe it is because THEY are the customer because they are paying me to get my blood. I thought I should go to a no-payment blood donation center, but the nearest such center was too far. I went to the nearby continental blood bank, and they treated me professionally and did my blood draw quickly, and even paid me $40. next time they will pay me $50. so even if you need money, and value your time, go there instead.

I love giving blood here, the staff are talkative and even talk with the donors. Clean place & they take care of you well. Also now they give 30 in cash. Only reason for not being a 5 star is because sometimes it can take a little while. Other than that, highly recommend.

Wow! Since when do you have to have perfect vitals to donate? With my arms the automatic cuffs never get my pressure right. Had to leave because my pulse was too high? Didn’t know I couldn’t drink caffeine before donating.
