Terrible service came in when they opened up at 7 am had to sit in the back and wait until they manger got in at 8 although the company was open at 7 I couldn’t be seen until a manager came and gave them a piece of paper then another man came in and they called him no problem but told me to wait when no ONE was here completely empty told me I had to wait for a piece of paper and NO supervisor was here to give it to them I will never donate at this location EVER they can really destroy my records won’t ever be back TERRIBLE SERVICE close this location and start a new one

I love the vibe once u walking inn. But they need more professional staff I walked in to donate n started off fine but nurse got impatience long story short I had to get blood draw twice . the sec time I had a different nurse and everything was going fine until the other nurse came n. An adjust the needle deeper in my arm.. I needless to say it was painful n i already hate the sight of needles . i could have I though the nurse told me she would give me 15$ as she took out the needle but I only got 10$ it will be a long min before I go back … P.s there was a guy before me he was older had the same problem….
