Overall a good place to donate but, I’d like to highlight two staff members specifically who make going here pleasant. First would be Adelise, who’s professionalism, kindness and care make you feel very comfortable there (plus she’s the best “needle sticker” in the building, won’t feel a thing!). Second would be Steve, cool as ice, funny and attentive. They both actually care how you’re doing while donating. Qualities such as these make health-care workers essential and they should be recognized for it.

They called me to come up there as a new donor and when I got there they told me that I have to wait another 30 days before I can become a new donor. Just wasted 2 hours of my life for them to ask me do I still want to donate with them for 40 dollars. I didn’t come up there for 40 dollars so No. I’ll wait before I let them stick me for 40 dollars.

honestly one of the best spots, pretty chill, lots of veteran doctors and they are friendly but down to earth, they keep it a bean wichu here no cutting corners they keep it the whole buck.

This place is the worst place I have gone to. The lady that works the front with her long lashes should not be working there . She’s light skinned and I think she’s black. She’s rude and doesn’t stick to her work, the rest of the staff all sit there and gossip like they don’t got people waiting. Takes forever to be called for the questionnaires/blood pressure (I would think since it’s a PRIVATE donor center they would have a kiosks-goes to show how cheap the owners are.) If they were truly GOOD owners they would take the time to read all these reviews and take action like firing that lady in the front desk. Worried more about her makeup than doing her job properly 1/10

Went there and donated…they put the wrong amount on card….said it would be on the next day when payment supervisor got in, checked card online and money not there, now I have to make a trip personally..will never go again!!!

First off this place is ultra dirty and not sanitized. Theres literally bloody bandages and cotton swaps literally littering the waiting room. Don’t expect soap, hand sanitizer or toilet paper while waiting. Some of the staff has great attitudes. Others are extremely unprofessional.

I feel bad for the staff. A lot of people come in and out, though are unable to donate. My experiences have been good. The pay card isn’t the best method, but there are plenty of ATMs around that have no transaction fees.

The nurses in the office are very nice and patient when it comes to guests coming in and out of the building. However there is one particular female black nurse who is always talking while people are waiting for her to help or get back to her station. It becomes tiring when you see seats that are available but must wait about 20-30mins because certain nurses don’t want to work or basically work for free! And the pace has never been average or above but continues to move even slower. There are some nurses that truly do care and take the time to talk and assist donors whereas others could care less. They prefer to sit around and talk!
