Don’t waste your time here. 4 hours gets you $45. They have 1 person screening, 2 managers that walk laps casually looking at the floor with no sense of urgency, and 2 phlebotomists. They also have no problem with this and have made no visual attempts to hire employees. Kind of a shame, but they seem to be cool with all of the people who regularly walk out. They appear to be putting all of their cash into marketing and not actually producing anything.

Been donating here for years. Never had any issues. If you follow the guidelines/rules, you don’t get deferred, simple as that. They are understaffed as heck and people should cut them some slack. Service is still good.

A few gems on staff don’t really make up for rude and disrespectful members in the front office. They generate “notes” on visitors and defer without warning. Since management refuses to deal with his staffs horrible behavior they have the run of the place. It’s difficult to understand why they have not been reported to the Better Business Bureau. Calling to speak with a manager who is insulated by a group of Vindictive (victim) Karen’s is pretty much impossible. One of them actually affected an accent to impersonate another employee, took my information and blocked my attempts to speak with a manager over the phone.

I have been going to interstate plasma for about 3 years now. I can honestly say that this place is nice. The staff and my overall visits….No problems at all. The previous reviews have a bit confused.b It doesn’t matter though because I’m completely satisfied. So satisfied that I won’t even go to the one closest to my home.

I came in as a first time donor. I needed my ID and documentation containing my driver’s license. The sign on top of the building was not over the entrance to the actual place, which was further down. We got a bit confused trying to find it.

Several very rude employees they definitely don’t know customer service or how to talk to customers. A few have been great. Unfortunately more haven’t. Pretty unorganized location as well.

Would not recommend at all if I could rate them no stars I would!!!! Me and my boyfriend called this place ahead of time to make sure we were both in network before going to this place and we get there and and sign in and wait….My boyfriend then was told that he was not in network by a mile… We wasted 45 minutes driving there and 20 minutes sitting there. Everyone was rude and the place was disgusting! Honestly go to biolife they are more friendly and way cleaner!!!!!

Great place, too bad they are short handed, resulting in longer than usual wait times. Donaters love to complain I tell you what, they are also some of the dirtiest grossest people you’ll meet.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Was told that I could not donate due to being on an ankle monitor, I’ve donated at Octa-Pharma in the past and have been donating at CSL in Racine for months and it was never an issue, this center discriminates against people with a criminal history that has no bearing whatsoever on the plasma that they donate
