They erroneously claimed I was positive for a very serious STD, and I was informed I was permanently deferred from donating plasma there EVER again… Jump to a few months later and I learn not only that I’m negative of any STD’s but also that I actually never had anything to begin with!!

They are liars and time wasters. They told me over the phone that diabetics could donate then made me stand in line, answer a bunch of highly intrusive questions, take my fingerprints, and take my picture before telling me I couldn’t donate because I was diabetic. This contradicts what their own website says as well as many others. Then they wouldn’t even let me wait inside while my brother in law finished donating. FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
