I waited to come here because of the initial reviews. I’m now glad I finally came in. I was driving an hour away to my last plasma spot. This place is organized, sweet staff and very clean. Also saving time and energy its a total win for me. I highly recommend and call first as they make appointments. Which I also love. No long lines or waiting. And I enjoy the plasma card better

Fantastic place! Screening was a breeze with Haleigh. Robyn was my physician sub, she was so nice. My phlebotomist was Amelia and she was amazing. Actual process took about 45 minutes. I would highly recommend donating here.

I almost didn’t go just because of the reviews online. I am glad I did, because everyone is so nice. I’ve been to 3 different ones in Knoxville. This one is better than all 3 of the ones there. The staff is so nice. Everything is clean and they do everything by the book.

Two visits and a total of 6 hours wasted here. The first time finished my exam. Was told I’d be donating and then was mocked by a woman named Heather because, “you need to drink your weight in water”. She said I hadn’t hydrated. I told her I had indeed. Then told to come back another day. So….I did. Just to wait another forever and a day to have my veins checked….and told that I only have one good one….and thus cannot again donate….don’t waste your time. I used to give plasma all the time in Knoxville, but here you have to be part of a society, apparently. Again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

The staff at ImmunoTek are awesome. They are quick. I can get in and out in about 45 min. The phlebotomists really know their stuff. I have not once felt their sticks. I will be happy to keep coming back.

I went in to this business to donate plasma for the first time there, I have donated in the past and had no problems. The facility was very clean, the staff was very friendly. I go back to donate and the little girl who stuck me blew my vein. She had another girl come over there and move the IV around in my arm. Then they got a supervisor to come over there and she started moving it and I felt like my arm was on fire. They wrapped my arm up and put an ice pack on it and started trying to find a vein in my other arm. They stuck my other arm and where they stuck me, there was no vein there. Another supervisor came over there and told them they would have to stick me again FOR THE 3RD TIME and give me my red blood cells and the saline in that vein. Well it’s over a week later and I still have a humongous bruise on my arm that is black, blue and purple and my arm is still swollen from where they blew my vein. I do not recommend this place at all.

Brand new nice machines that are quick. Friendly staff, clean environment. The check in staff do great as well as the phlebotomists. Kirsten one of the phlebotmists, seems to be the go to for many of the staff including management. Have witnessed her going above and beyond on many occasions fixing and problem solving whatever issues there may be. Good place to donate. Plasma is important and needed. Don’t just do it for the money. Do your part!
