Very clean and professionally run plasma center. The process is very smooth and I get in and out in a very timely manner each time. No long lines to wait in. Donor pay not quite what I would like it to be, but they are still new and I’m sure there will be changes and promotions in the future. It is in a convenient location for me as well. The staff and management are very friendly, courteous, and professional; they actually get to know you and Don’t treat you as just a number. they also do an excellent job of training and cross-training their staff. I have been donating for a long time and this is the best (or close to it) center I have been to.

Immuno Tek is a Very Clean .The staff , management are very friendly, kind and it is professionally run plasma center. Donor pay is not quite what I would like it to be, but they are still fairly new and I hear changes are coming and I hope to see promotions in bonuses in the near future..

Cleanest and most efficient facilities I have ever been to. Kat and Tia did a great job with me. If the pay was was more competitive I would never donate anywhere else! I’m sad I have to switch solely because of compensation. Ps “Colby” (below) is just a whiny brat.

If I could rate them a zero I would. They have at least 10 phlebotomists on a shift and it’s still a circus I wouldn’t even take my dog here. Worst treatment ever. Unorganized, unprofessional, No sense of urgency, everyone just stands around looking at each other. I went here for the first time and they phlebotomist ripped the IV line out of my arm blood was flying everywhere. Like a dummy I go back because it’s ALWAYS EMPTY. Now they tell my I gotta do the whole intake process again due to their mistake… On top of everything they give the minimum amount of money. Trash the whole center!

I had the best experience on tues when I became a new donor except for the nurse was extra with the exam. The young girl Leigh was great stocking me tues but today was horrible I had to be adjusted 6 times before they finally got it right. That’s excessive I know that it will leave a nasty bruise on my arm from it. I wouldn’t advise people to go here unless you want to be left with marks and unprofessional inexperienced people. You are to never adjust more then 2 twice I have been to BioLife for almost one year and never had any problems. Also this place sucks with new donors payouts and for returning donors. Never ever ever will I be returning. Thanks also don’t bother management sending me your automatic messages.

5 Stars!!! Great customer service as well as a warning environment to donate plasma. Most facilities/plasma centers are a my way or the high way as far as how they take care of all of their patients. I had great experience donating plasma this morning. Leah the phlebotomist, is one of the best thus far.. you can’t feel a thing. Jasmin was very cordial and I would recommend that everyone should pay a visit to Immunotek Plasma.
