Like this place a lot, it’s cool to go and have a little extra spending money. But today they were backed up and also having a pizza party. had people waiting 2 hours before they were even brought back. Then only had 1 person putting the needles in. If I was informed an hour or so ago I would have just rescheduled for another day. when I started asking why the other people standing around couldn’t start putting the blood pressure cuffs on to help that 1 person that was sticking the needles in. dan the manager or whoever he is got extremely upset told me I could leave. I’m not allowed to ask questions. Don’t talk to the staff like that. He was very rude and ignorant. I usually get along with everyone at this donation center. They’re all cheerful, happy and seem to like to be at their job. But I guess because there was issues with the machines or whatever was going on he was mad. Moral of this review is Upper management still needs to have respect for the clients. I was not yelling or disrespecting anyone but he was. Stay behind a desk, Dan. You don’t belong to be on the floor with the clients. you have a terrible bedside manor.

The heavy-set dark skinned female had the nerve to raise her voice & curse at me when I told her that I needed to use the bathroom. Prior to this, I was patiently waiting for her to disconnect me, as she was taking her time disconnecting the bottle and talking to a co-worker. This was at 11am & I was her first disconnect. Fortunately, India was nearby & asked her who she was talking to. Hopefully, this ignorant, nasty employee is removed because this behavior is unprofessional & unacceptable, especially when this happened at the start of her shift.

this place is garbage. I was told since I had a seizure due to medication 13 years ago I was never allowed to donate (even though I donated twice and they had my doctor fill out a PCP form stating it wasn’t a epilepsy and it isn’t a serious or chronic issue since you don’t prescribe or give medication there. Corporate told me to pound sand. I’d go to B-positive or even CSL with how bad it is, but there’s a biolife opening up in October to maybe they’ll be better. All the other centers let me donate

I came to the center on Friday and noticed that one of your employees was no longer there anymore, come to find you had let her go, because she was trying to help the company keep employees by trying to train the next person so they wouldn’t quit, because every so often, its always new people in your lab, but she was always in your lab running it since y’all can’t keep employees , is this the companys moto to let people go who try to help the company keep employees. Way to go Immunotek

Place is clean . Staff for the most part is friendly. Wait time is crazy on certain days. I went there two weeks ago the water fountain was broken!! So the district manager Dan told me to go get water out the bathroom!!! That’s like drinking out the toilet like I’m a dog.. They could at least offer water bottles and snacks like other centers do.. They need more staff. They have a whole open space for more chairs and they don’t use it, also they could update their computer system it runs to slow.

I came to donate and the staff was most polite staff. India introduced herself and was very professional and asked for my IDs to donate. The Assistant manager joanne wore so many hats. She handled my situation very well. Her staff needed her on the donor floor and she jumped right in without no questions asked. She drew blood, she even drew mine. And she was perfect. She made sure i was ok and made sure she checked on staff and donors. I will definitely be back. Great job!

The staff are decent but you have some who consistently call off. Witch causes the place to be backed up of people . They need to revalue the staffing members they have because someone is always fainting and having seizures weather is the patients or the actually workers.

Staff is friendly and place is CLEAN. They do raffles like every half hour for extra money and such which makes it a fun atmosphere. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that don’t have enough machines or staff to handle the volume of donors so expect to be there awhile!!

I donated here for the first time! THE GOOD: Clean, friendly staff, good pay, they do raffles for prizes, my money was right on that card. They not rude and ignorant like csl or treat you like a junkie because you donating plasma for money. THE BAD: I was sitting in my car when two white women walked out to smoke. The one was snapping about all the staff is to ghetto and she hates the ghetto and she wishes she could fire all of them and she’s tired of being fake nice to people she can’t stand. She called them people ghetto so many times it made the hair stand up on my neck cause from what I saw all the staff was black. If they was white would she have used the word ghetto? I called the plasma place and described the woman and to my surprise she runs the whole place. How they got a white women who calls black people ghetto running that place? Do she realize she is in the middle of the ghetto with black people being the reason her place is doing good and her white doesn’t make her any better then any of those black people working there?
