The Women at this location were great! I’m terrible with names but they were all great! Apparently I have some deep veins, even though that was the case they were all super helpful working as a team to make sure I was comfortable and still able to donate! I’m not sure if I’ll donate again due to my veins not flowing good & being so deep! but if I do this is where I’ll be going! There’s nothing like going to a business and all of the employees are nice to you! Great job girls keep up the good work!

Great facility overall. Clean, sterile equipment and they have an amazing staff. Hannah and Gillian up front always greet me with a smile and they answer all of my questions in a way I can understand. They have a great nursing staff as well who will do your medical exam. The needle is the intimidating part for me, but their Phlebotomists really know what they are doing and have always made each donation as smooth as possible and make me feel safe. Especially Jen, keegan, and Tiffany. I go there weekly and make an extra 400 a month doing nothing but sitting down. Would recommend.

I have been interested in donating plasma for years and was so happy when a center finally opened in our area! I have been going in regularly now since July and have only good things to say about this location. The building is kept very clean and sterile. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with any needs or questions. I look forward to continually donating at this facility!

I had an unusual reaction while donating once. Honestly, I don’t think words can describe just how much the staff actually care about you. All of the staff are super attentive. They even monitored me while I used the restroom afterwards, to make sure I was okay. Lol 🙂 Then later on I ended up having anxiety over my reaction. I called them twice with questions and they were super polite and did their best to make me feel better. The staff is amazing!

By far the smoothest plasma donation center I have donated at. Signing up is so easy! I immediately have become a regular and they know me by name! Very friendly staff, with many experienced senor staff who oversee and help the whole crew. Keep up the good work!

I have donated 3 times now and intend to keep coming back. The staff is friendly and my needle-sticks have been almost flawless. After initial setup I have been paid immediately each time via debit card, and I had no trouble spending with my card online. As a cyclist I also very much appreciate the bike rack outside. Thanks!

I went twice and that’s all I can handle. Both experiences were absolutely terrible. The staff seems to not have a clue what they’re doing. Everybody seems to be winging it and in training. I understand the facility is new but you would think these people would be professionally trained before dealing with donors. Some phlebotomists seem completely lost. They bicker about each other right in front of the donors. It’s just a very amateur environment

I have donated at other plasma centers, and i will say at Immunotek I have had the best customer service. They are friendly , the place is immaculate. Just overall good people anda great atmosphere. I enjoy coming here and seeing the people there. They greet you from outside if they see you in the parking lot. Love this place!

Until the opening in Queensbury, I had never donated plasma. I was a little nervous. Once I went in, I was kindly geared and directed. The place itself is beautiful and immaculate. There are numerous staff for each step you complete. The staff is great. Everyone is so kind and helpful, not only to help me but to help each other. Whom ever does the hiring has put together an awesome team there. If you aren’t convince to go yet, here’s more incentive…the 1st 3 visits are $75 each . There after the 1st in the week is $40and the 2nd visit in the week is $60. $100 for 2 hours of my time. I just got paid $ 50 an hour. I don’ t make 50$ an hour at my job. They’re great money in giving. Not only is the benefits of the money great but, it also makes me feel good knowing I’m helping someone that’s going through a bad time. People have medical conditions that don’t allow their bodies
