Stay clear of this place. They are rude. Literally the only plasma place I’ve ever been to that will give you anxiety over whether or not they will defer you. It’s a gamble if you will be able to give or not. They are trying to defer you. Their computer system is stupid and waste a lot of your time. The employees do not care about you. They treat you like you work for them. I’ve never been so mistreated and felt such disrespect in my life from a place that’s supposed to be helping people.

I’ve been 5 times only given twice because of the ridiculous rules in place. Last week this place had a different name, it’s still the worst place in 100 miles to give plasma. Get rid of your eccentric rules to give plasma and you maybe able to actually help people.

My husband and I both donate regularly. We have never had a bad experience at this location. I’ve noticed a few bad reviews regarding issues with white people or being the “only white people there”. This is NOT TRUE. Every single employee here has always been respectful and apologetic on busy days. I have even been offered a job here by multiple employees and heard them also trying to help others that may need a job. Since this company has changed to Grifols I have seen employees working hard and caring a lot. The environment is always kept as peaceful as possible with enjoyable music playing in the background. When I walk in most employees remember my name, ask me how my husband and I have been, and it honestly has becomes a place like home with friends for us. I really think your own attitude and behavior pays off with how you are treated. I’ve seen employees treated AWFUL by others and still managed to handle the situation professionally. I have had multiple employees tell me during screening that if I feel uncomfortable any type of way I can stop donating and that everyone here is here to make sure my health and safety is important.
